For over 10 years Queen Peg has been on the trail of the elusive vintage crystals. As a child skulking in her mothers jewelry box ,the sparkle and glam of rhinestones captured her heart.

While attending her first bead show, a vintage bead seller brought out from under the counter a secret treasure to show off.  A rather beaten up paper box slid open to reveal a rainbow of flash and sparkle, soon  with sealth and cunning  and and exchange of cash,these became the first cluster of the Queens treasure. The seller reveled a story of days gone by and the precious rhinestones journey from the early 1930's.  From that chance encounter and the Queen's journey began to find and collect these beauties. After about 6 years the King began to grumble..."woman can we have just one room in this castle with out beads and things the cat finds to release in the night?"

So 10 years later our Queen was presuaded to sort and count and set a system to offer these beauties for sale.  The Kingdom of Wild Hair Studio has 96 different Crystals for sale. they are from the 1890's thru 1960. Also on this page at the end of the list are some special glass beauties from Japan, and Germany 1940's vintage.
These are all we have and cannot get anymore so when you are buying for a project make sure you get enough to finish your project.
